This is a caricature of Joao Jardim, president of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, Portugal. He is a very controversial guy. He is also a very funny guy. I drew him with four eyes. it is a metaphor. Some times he says silly and dubious things and stuff like that. So people are very confused about him.
In this painting i used basically this tools: brush, smudge, burn and dodge.
